Ord på scen is a club for stage poetry – where every evening the audience is invited to listen to and be captivated by three fantastic poets. They feature stars from the spoken word world, captivating and witty literary poets, and even promise a handful of undiscovered gems on the open stage. In other words: mark the calendar right away.

Let us introduce our guests:

★ TOIVO TUMA NIEMI weaves together stage poetry and tales into a fast-paced mix of bubbling storytelling joy. With his explosive stories and his Tornedalian humor, he turns society upside down - a concept that earned him a bronze in the latest Swedish poetry slam championship. Toivo's world is absurd and colorful, full of bald individuals and half-crazy idiots. The carousel is ready to go: all you have to do is get on.

★ ANDREAS LUNDBERG (b.1975) is an award-winning author, translator and publisher. His texts are unbearable, dizzying and fantastically beautiful. Lundberg is currently working on the novel Blackbox.

★ NINO MICK is a poet and author of the novel Vulcan and the poetry collection Tjugofemtusen kilometer nervtrådar, nominated for Borås Tidning's debutant prize. Nino Mick became the Swedish champion in poetry slam in 2013, was awarded the Swedish Church's Culture Prize in 2015 and the Västra Götaland Region's Culture Scholarship in 2018.
